The significance of fitness and health is sometimes underestimated by people. People just don’t get why it is important to exercise everyday! It’s quite exasperating attempting to get my mum to understand that she should not be eating that chocolate mousse whenever she passes by the confectioners’ but will she listen? Na uh! there is still hope for a large amount of folks out there, who are open to suggestion. Bear in mind that it’s never too late to increase muscle.
How are fitness and health Related?
Health and fitness go side by side. This is simply because, the fitter you are the healthier and better you’re feeling. Keeping fit not only helps you feel happier about yourself, but keeps the danger of many life-threatening illnesses at bay!
likewise, fit people have so much energy! Whether it is at home, or at work, fit people are always content. After a hectic day at work, most of us don’t have the patience or the energy to play with our kids. But if you’re healthy and fit, then you will be able to do it!
moreover, when you are active and stay fit, you use more calories all the time, even when you are sleeping. The reason being because your basal metabolism increases and you do not have to think twice about getting that ice cream for yourself ( not everyday though ). Likewise, you don’t have to be a sports figure to stay fit and healthy. A moderate level of activity is good enough.

For health-related fitness, brisk walking for two and a half hours a week will do just fine. Or, you can even do powerful exercise routines, like running for about an hour and a quarter a week as well. Start with walking and slowly progress to jogging. Or increase the period of your walking if you’re not comfortable with jogging.
So what are the advantages of a high level of health and fitness? Aside from feeling great about yourself and getting an entire storehouse of energy, you also lower the chance of heart sicknesses, diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure and even some sorts of cancers!
Now isn’t that something? I would say this is the cheapest kind of medical treatment available on the planet! So never underestimate fitness and health, keep burning your calories!
